Returns

At Munroe Hair, we cherish our customers and strive to ensure you love your purchases. We understand the challenges of online shopping, and our service is designed to make your experience stress-free and enjoyable.

To maintain our high standards of quality, we meticulously inspect all items before dispatch. Should you wish to return a product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process.

 Returns

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns without authorization will be refused or disposed of.
- Items must be unused, in pristine condition, with curl patterns undisturbed. Ties/clips must not be untied or cut.
- All return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a courier with full tracking and delivery confirmation.

International Returns
- If returning from outside the UK, classify your parcel as a “return” to avoid import fees. We are not liable for any fees raised.
- Unauthorised international returns will be refused.

Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as store credit. 
- Postage fees will be deducted before a refund is authorized, and store credit orders will incur a new shipping cost.
- If you're unhappy with your order due to an issue, please contact us via email for a resolution.
